Booking & Cancellation Policies
A) Windsurfing Courses
Windsurfing Courses are essential to pre-book because of the tight schedule – especially during the high season. This way we can arrange the best instructor to suit your needs and the level of surfing experience. We require a 40% non-refundable deposit to book a windsurfing course.
Note: In case of NO-SHOW, no refund is possible and re-booking the class is upon our discretion and availability.
B) Windsurfing Rentals – Hour Cards – Daily/Weekly Packages
All of the above mentioned services require full payment in advance, are NON- REFUNDABLE, and cannot be utilized in any other watersports activities.
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, illness, or personal emergencies. We run an extremely high-quality, tight-margin program with limited space.
Important Note:
Rented windsurfing equipment should be taken from and returned to the station.
Please check the equipment before using it and return it in the same condition.
In case you feel you are unable to carry the equipment by yourself, you can ask for help from our team!
C) Watersports Activities
All watersports activities (towables, SUP, canoe, pedal bikes, etc) require full payment in advance and are NON- REFUNDABLE. Pre-bookings for future dates are not possible and a daily priority order will incur.
